LVL Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

At LVL, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where LVL is responsible for shipping errors or damaged goods.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Clearance or promotional items

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part).
